The visit

One rooftop, two prices, and an entrance that is not at street level.

  • The entrance is on the 14th floorNot street level, and not inside the station. From the concourse follow signs for Shibuya Scramble Square and go up through the shopping floors to 14F. Allow ten minutes from the platform — missing the slot because you looked at ground level is the usual mistake.
  • The rooftop closes in bad weatherRain, high wind or lightning and the open Sky Stage shuts. The indoor gallery on the floor below stays open, and so does your ticket. That is not a refund. If the roof is the reason you are going, change the date before you arrive.
  • We sell the ticketsShibuya Sky is operated by Shibuya Scramble Square. A confirmation email is the ticket. Show it on your phone at the 14F gate.
